Mark is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay Area. He earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1986, where he graduated with honors. Mark resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife, two sons, and two daughters. In his spare time, Mark enjoys hunting and fishing.
